His demeanor is candid and confident. He is well aware of his good looks and on the surface he could be seen as arrogant. It would be easy to dismiss the deeper, kinder side of his personality. Daisuke and Dark often fight against one another for control.
"Riku Harada"

Riku Harada is the older (5 mins) and much cuter of the Harada twins. She recently has been thinking about Daisuke. Riku Harada is the oldest of the Harada twins. She's more of an athlete and would act somewhat boyish most of the time. She secretly crushes on Daisuke, which started after that fateful day when he retrieved her teddy bear back for her from being thrown inside the frontyard of a haunted house. At first she hesitates and won't admit to herself (and to Daisuke) her real feelings, however, as she finally gathers up the courage to tell him, he, too, admits that he likes her as well. The two of them remained together eventually.
"Risa Harada"

She is the older of the two sisters/twins althought she doesn't act like it. She is not good at sports and horrible at cooking. Risa one wish is to be with Dark and cook for him.(not a chance, her cooking is bad and she uses Daisuke as a test subject O_o)She is somewhat stupid and gets in Dark's way. Risa is also bothersome. (she wants to become a theif too so they could spend more time together) Risa almost got arrested or killed and Dark had to save her while he was almost caught himself.
"Satoshi Hiwatari"

Satoshi Hiwatari, whose real name is Hikari, (Hiwatari is his adoptive parents last name) is a very intelligent person who, yes, seems to be forever taking notes on something or playing with high-tech stuff. He lives all alone in a flat (he doesn't get along well with his pop) and is a very calm and cool type of guy who can appear to be icey. There is a good reason for this though and it's not just because he's anti-social. Were Satoshi to hold anything close to his heart, that is, hold anything dear to him, the golden-haired Krad would emerge. This is the Hikari family curse. Satoshi does not like this at all and tries whenever possible to keep Krad from coming, especially since Krad is hell-bent on getting rid of Daisuke/Dark! Satoshi cares for Daisuke and doesn't want him to get hurt, perhaps because he sees the two of them as being in a similar predicament and because Daisuke treated him as a fellow human and was kind to him (slash fans call it what you will, I'm going to call it -and the whole series for that matter- as I believe it to be, which is, non-yaoi). Satoshi would never really do anything to purposely hurt Daisuke, he is, however, a Hikari, and is bound and determined to capture the famous kaitou (phantom thief) Dark Mousy. Satoshi is an interesting character to watch act and develope (not to mention just plain watch, bishounen that he is) and it should be intriguing (and perhaps suspenseful?) for new fans to see where the story will take him, and fun to revisit, for the otaku and old fans of the series.
"Krad or Light"

Krad is part of Satoshi just like Dark is a part of Daisuke. However, Krad is the other part of Dark. Even though he looks like an angel he is evil and tries to take over Satoshi's body so he could have control.He has similar abilities as Dark, he could throw feathers,(haha very impressive) even though they are white instead of black.He could fly.(well duh, he has wings!)

"Daisuke Niwa"

The 14 year old hero of the story, a typical school boy who has a crush on a girl at his school, Risa Harada. He has inherited the Niwa family's genetic curse whereby, after his 14th birthday, his "love gene" activates: whenever he experiences feelings of love or intimacy, he turns into the phantom thief Dark. Very adorable and kind-hearted, he is the opposite of Dark and is always trying to stop Dark from doing crazy stunts. Later on in the series, he falls in love with the older twin sister, Riku Harada. Even if he doesn't look or act like it, Daisuke is very athletic and perceptive and can jump from heights that a normal boy could never be able to do. He has daily life-threatening trials from merely entering his home. One of his best skills is his keen ability to picklock any kind of mechanical or electronic lock.
